Define and design, fake a fuller shape and hold the line on feathering. This pencil liner glides on creamy smooth and easy, then dries down to a matte finish that won’t smudge, budge or bleed. HOW TO USE:
Love your matte liquid lipstick but need a little help from a friend? Outline the edges of your lips with Velvetines lip liner, then fill in with your favorite Velvetines or Plushies shade.
Dying to pump up your sheer plush or glossy pout? Outline the edges and fill in your lips, then add a layer of Plushies or Wet Cherry Gloss.
To fake fuller lips, extend the lip line beyond your natural shape. Fill in the entire lip area and layer with your favorite lippie.
